The road less traveled on a gray, windy day.
Blue-gray mountains against a blue-gray sky.
Raindrops glisten as the road passes by.
The trees whisper softly when the winds start to play,
Their limbs dancing happily against the blue and the gray.

The road travels on, winding to the left and to the right,
A sad, lonely passage lined with yellow and white.
It meanders through the land, showing travelers the way
To the mountains in the distance, against the blue and the gray.

The road travels on through the wind and the rain,
Meeting junctions and bridges, across prairies and plains.
But it’s this road that counts as we drive through the gray
Taking strangers to the mountains on a cold rainy day.
