About an unrealised love
A forbidden love lost to the wind,
As we stand atop a cliff.
Wondering lightly through the sky,
Atop wings of brilliant light.
A light kiss given to the clouds,
Whispering our simple dreams.
Weaving strands into a broken bridge,
Working our way to the heart.
A simple kiss, a wanted love,
But only in our dreams to find.
