Its just one that I wrote for a friend who ALWAYS complains about being bored
Boredom

Boredom is a killer that thrives on the

Unsuspecting imagination of the predetermined child.

Boredom strikes, tuning, wilding, circling

In the mind of a wondering sole

Boredom sways from the washing line

In the back – yard jungle safari

Boredom strikes at the most random of times –

The wedding to the pink elephant in a tutu

Boredom isn’t a safe place to wake

The dragon after is feed.

Boredom happens when you’re meant to be

Laying the sleeping head on a bed of stars.

Boredom captures the essence that

Surrounds the match – box derby

The rase between the fish and snail

The lap dance occupied by the beetles

The fight between both sand and dirt.

The twinkle of the sun as he winks to his friends

Boredom is a killer that thrives on the

Unsuspecting imagination of the predetermined child.
