Writing can be both a frustrating and a rewarding process, depending on how you feel
I wrote this a few years ago and it was in my older account's portfolio, but looking back I want to make some changes. Any feedback is welcome. Thanks!

Stanzas Written after my Inevitable Failure

There will always be poets to rely on
Long as the wind places its rage on my shoulder
An era of youthful praise is bygone
To follow delight, when to nonconform is bolder
The former's lend to which graceful time's relied
But the eyes close to no inspiration
To suffer in a body that casts dreams aside
To become a dead and blank-canvassed creation
