this is basically a poem about fear
Fear

One hundred minutes ‘til dusk
A thousand ‘til dawn
Leaves pass by on a cold night
Silhouettes of nightmares

—Thump-thump, Thump-thump—

The drums are screaming
Through frozen ears, a frozen mind
A thousand minutes

—Thump-thump, Thump-thump—

The wind blows
Sardonic voices whisper, a broken voice
A thousand minutes

—Thump-thump, Thump-thump—

As moments pass
Nightmares unravel, a burning soul
A thousand minutes

—You are afraid—
