We used to be in love, and now your only a memory...
We used to be inseparable

Knitted together in a designer fashion

That hit the runway with outstanding appaulse

But now I can barely remember the outline of you face

Let alone the music of your laughter

Sometimes when I'm all alone

Locked away in an empty room

I wonder what could have been

And if you're thinking of me too

But maybe I'm just thinking too much-

Or hoping for more than I should.

We were so different then

The pure hearts of innocent children

Beating beautifully with in us

I wish I could say the same for now

But over time we have been molded

Into something quite different

From where we started

Becoming bitter and hardened.

Angst was never and option at 5

But my teenage heart is filled and overflowing

I miss the sunny days spent in your backyard

Playing like tommorrow never mattered

I remember the flowers you used to pick for me

Disaranged. Half-Dead. But still beautiful.

I remember our first kiss

Eyes closed. Simple and Sweet.

The innocence of two kids in love.

But love isn't so simple anymore

And it sure as hell isn't innocent

Maybe one day we'll meet again...

Though I doubt anything will ever be the same

We used to have something special

But you proably don't even remember my name...
