i sit in the back of a police car
tears in my eyes
police staring down at me
my friend by my side

police ask me questions
who was it? where was i?
i mumbled the answers
with my friend by my side

i want it all to stop
i just want to die
but i know i'll be alright
my friend is by my side

more things like this are coming
but i know i'll be alright
i know i'll be ok
with my friend by my side
