A poem of realization and acceptance.
Fate, overrun by will

and the longing for desolate company

Sorrow there, yet numb and stopped up

Leaking through the barrier

as I slumber,

drowning unnoticeably

To emerge as a shadow with a solid form

and lead the other lost towards the sweet venom.

Content in misery

Hatred cradled to the point of care

Meticulous planning yet rashly acted out

The pure joy in pure rage, quite the combination.

Predestination means a pointless existence

Rejection turned into beauty

I will not give up my sins and transgressions they make me who and what I am.

I harbor no regrets

To have no mistakes is what is truly frightening.

I would rather be a dirty demi-goddess than a follower of a blind way.

I live and breathe experiencing all

the good, the bad, the mediocre

It makes me a beautiful shade of stormy gray,

eternally neutral and eternally catering to my own needs

I worship no-one and nothing, I merely acknowledge it's presence

My life, existence, hates, and loves are all just an acknowledgement
