A fun little poem writen for a contest.
Where the Thunder Hides

Beyond the seas
deep in the mashed potato clouds
is a great vault
it shutters ever so slightly
as you watch
and when the clouds darken
and the lightning is being made
the giant in charge of noises
comes and opens
the vault ever so carefully
and takes out just a handful
for that's all he needed
this is powerful noise after all
he sits next to the
giant in charge of lights
and waits for the signal
from the overseer of storms
with the signal
he who is in charge of lights
throws down a lightning bolt
as the one in charge of noise
lets lose the thunder
that's where thunder hides
and how it comes out to play
don't believe me?
ask the giants if you dare
