This poem is about a girl's heartache, which a boy comes and heals
The Lonely Swing

She sits there queitly
swaying slighty to and frow.
He walks up to her with a smile
while her head hangs low.
He asks her why she looks so sad
and she softly says
"It hurts so bad."
So he asks her why it hurts, and where
and she lays a hand on his chest and says
"Right there."
He bends down close
and lifts her chin.
With his dark brown eyes
and soft tan skin.
A silver tear
runs down her cheek.
And he feels her pain
while no one speaks.
He gathers her up
and softly whispers in her ear.
I'll always protect you
I'll always be near.
So they stayed with each other
through the good and the bad.
And he was always there for her
whenever she got sad.
