One drink never hurt anyone right?
Have a Drink Buddy

So essential it did seem to me
In second place all else would be
At first none were able to see
With what it was I tempered my tea

Soon it didn’t matter how hard I might try
Months began to vanish in the blink of an eye
Friends left and never said goodbye
I'm sure it would be easier just to die

Why put this here for me to partake
All the happiness it brought was fake
Is it all for some sick cosmic joke’s sake
It's become a nightmare from which I cannot wake

All these rhymes are driving me to the brink
Now it’s becoming too hard for me to think
My body and mind are falling out of sync
I'm sure I can fix it all with one more drink
