FIRE WORKING

Her passion burns in her belly like a growing inferno
So while she looks in his eyes she wonders where did HIS burn go
"Is it I who extinguished out his fire?" She wonders
The guilt of her gain continue pulling her under
But all the while he burns secretly for another
But his secret says "No," 'cause they're concerned like a mother
For the other, which is she who continue's to simmer
She who looks in his eyes and can still see a winner
He tries and tries again but his fire ain't working
It used to pop in his belly, but no longer is he certain
That she could do it for him, 'cause her gain is not appealing
She's just to large, there's no way of concealing
But the way her fire is still there, the colors still bright and vibrant
Causes her to stay and try to figure out where his fire went
So she tries to find it in the chocolate, in the food, in the chips
And all of her searching is apparent right there in her hips
His fire is completely gone now, can't recover it now
But his secret still strives to figure out how
Until one day they give up, his secret collapses down in the dirt
When no longer are THEY appealing, he finds his fire works
