About those dating relationships that end up affecting the rest of your life.
The thoughts on this page
screaming out
The words you said
The burden of this
unspeakable breath
Cloudy days- moods
turned over in the sun
You never knew you
were the one
Telling ghost stories
in my dreams
I'm sorry to see
what you've become
Telltale hearts
of broken songs
Cradled in the moonlight
You don't know me anymore
As I don't know you
You and me are no longer a we
The clock crashes to the ground
to silence us
With its deafening sound
Turn away before I scream
the drowning voice in my head
Pleading to be free
Do you hear me?
I'm the voice
that tells you to go, run
Far away
Take in the flesh of
past wars
As you skip through your
own memory
Relive your past
as a shadow of your present
