About a friend that hates me because now I'm getting out of the things she has done.
Looking out the car window
I see you
And smile,
Can’t save you
Or your sister
From yourselves.
Smile because it isn’t too late
For me to save myself
From y’all.
Lost you
Many months ago
And have no intention
Of finding you.

All I asked was a simple request,
Since you couldn’t be respectful and put that out,
You pushed me out
Of your life,
Which was great,
Because my conscience had been screaming for me to get out.
Should have listened.
Because you were a waste of time.
Just like my mother said.
Now I know that all those stories you told
Were lies,
You twisted the truth that much,
Had it in a bunch.

Can’t help but grin
At the fact that you were the loser all along,
You lost at life,
And whether you knew it
Or not,
You needed other people to come down with you.
