A poem a about my mother's death.
She's lost in the world of despair.
She's drowning in the seas of sorrow.
She's fighting against the current of lost hope.
She's soaked in anger,
And washed away in tears.
Still her wind blows strong.
Her fire burns with intensity,
Sparked by it being extinguished.
Gone from this world in a single breeze.
Gone,simply no longer here.
Just like that she disappeared.
Numb to my touch,
Cold to my warmth.
She turned to ashes before my very eyes,
I never got the chance to say goodbye.
Her heart no longer produced a steady rythm,
It.....
just fell silent.
She slipped into a deep sleep,
Never to be awakened again.
