I had it. The world. A reason. Fulfillment. Love. My escape.
Is that all I got!?
Baby I must not have been thinking right
Did I really just say “I love you a lot”?
To the person I think about day through night?

To the girl id give the world
If she wasn’t already it?
To the woman I want to spin and twirl
Slow dance with till the morning sky is lit?

So baby cant you see
You’re more than I ever could have asked for
Something this poem will never be
Your
Perfect.
