This is my poem. I appreciate it.
We think of a tree
and are caused to wonder
just how he got there,
your thoughts start to ponder
about this old friend
and what he is knowing
perhaps his aged language
the leaves that he's showing
they stick to his branches
which stretch to the sky
to seek out the heavens
to stretch to great hights
the branches however
will work unto one
of the most massive kingdoms
the wonderous trunk
and trunk is erected
to push off the earth
from the time of his present
and even from birth
and the trees been round
and witnessed the world
longer than winter
and longer then pearls
and perhaps we could learn
maybe much from this tree
if we leave out our judgement
toward our minds opening,
so,
He thinks of us
and is caused to ponder
just how we got here,
And it makes his life wonder
