prepare my anxious friend

Have grace, relax your face
A beauty such as silk lace
The strength in toe, and dance you go
Without leaving a single trace

As life leads the feet astray
Presist in this and say
“It is not a race, but a matched embrace,
"I will not be dismayed!”

And when it is time to stop
Give it one last little pop
The feet have lead, the mind was fed
