Joyful Encounter

The wetness of your lips,
Arousal of my feelings,
My senses,
Your pulsing, entrancing eyes,
a distorted reflection of my dreary ones,
Rhythmic heartbeats pulsate a beat,
The warm, damp willows of the low ground,
Sweeter than sugarcane,
Our state of grace.
