A poem about love using whatever words came to me. Draw your own conclusions!
Take her hand,
Lead her home,
Kiss her cheek with a smile.
You thought that you would tell her tonight
But it can wait a while.
Dance along the edges of the night,
A wild primal feeling;
You thought that you would see her tonight,
But you have all the time in the world.
Graceful pirouette across
The dance floor of your forgotten dreams;
Imagine what she would look like
With a thousand roses in her hair
Take her hand and place the
Moon inside;
You thought that you would tell her tonight,
But it can wait a while.
