The splendour of love
So heartfelt and intoxicatingly
Hedonistic to some of us
Entangles us endlessly

In the web of love
Floating on kegs to eternity
Like angels on flight to the heavens
Flying on the wings of liberty

Love for elders, parents, siblings or friends
Even for the significant other
Kind, compassionate, patient and pure
Love is present in us one another

Love is like a potent drug
Embracing us to accept its worth
Drawing us to its charm
Leaving us panting for more of its warmth
