A look at a famous historical figure
Leonidas

A King stands afore his men
Raises his sword high
The enemy looms forth
And a messenger is spied

The men that approach are too much
The poor messenger bade
The sun is blocked by a thousand arrows
But we shall fight them in the shade

Let the men come
And our blood we shall give
We shall stay them long enough
For the city to live

Stand tall men do not fall
And I shall be a martyr
For I am Leonidas; the King of Sparta
