This is a poem that was inspired David Bowie's "Changes"
With your experimentation
you try to make a nation
consisting of the children
that you've tried to change

Telling them they're wrong
making them sing your song
beating them into submission
when they refuse to sing

When they won't be beat
you throw them out to the street
forcing them to live
as no one ever should

Follow us or leave
you have them believe
you are their salvation
but in reality, you are death

Your promises misleading
your words, they are fleeting
in the minds of these children
who no longer listen to you

Your power is no more
it's time to even the score
a coming of a revolution
is whispered in the wind

The monsters you have made
will no longer be stayed
we will rise above the clouds
and become untouchables

I tell you to be warned
these children won't be scorned
your time has run out
and ours has just begun.
