Angie told me to write a poem about wind.
Leaves waft softly through the scarlet sky
Bluster in the east
Indiscernible to the dragon’s eye
Unbeknownst to the beast

Gliding past on eagle’s wings
Carried through the midnight air
Knowing what morning brings
Wispy like a social affair

Always constant, moving tides
In daybreak’s fast-pace life
Behind invisibility t’would hide
Slinking forward, deadly still, hazardous as a knife
