Broken Fallen Angel

And once I found a fallen angel..
Broken wings hung on the ground ..
I tried to heal him with some love..
The fallen angel that I found..

He didn't want to heal quite yet..
And so together we'd hide..
Several days passed us by..
The fallen one by my side..

His wings they remained broken..
The fire in his heart was out..
He wouldn't fight any longer..
Life he didn't care about..

I tried to mend his wings..
But he wouldn't learn to fly..
The broken fallen angel..
Was still longing to die..

I've tried my very best..
But he didn't want to heal..
Didn't see how bad it was..
Doesn't know what I now feel..
