Imprisoned within my being -
Lies my Soul
Too tired to venture out
For fear of being chastised.

Clouded in an array of emotions -
It lay - Awaiting.........................
Awaiting - release of its breath -
From this turmoil of existence.

Mentally fatigued -
Physically challenged -
Emotionally drained -
I drift away to sleep -
A deep sleep, I'd never wake up from -
Sleep - Eternal Sleep!
