its when all the people in the world are happy.
Once there was a little town that had people that were all ways happy. One day 16 angry people moved to happyville but they were never happy. All the people decided to convince the angry people to move but they would never budge so then the people decided to trap the angry people. When the 16 angry people were caught all the happy people cheered and danced and thats the end of the angry people.
