Can you figure out who the silent stalker and it's victim are before the end?
Silent stalker in the night
Trying to avoid the light
Running in the bright moonlight
Keeping out of someone's sight

Closer, closer still it comes
Closer to its victim comes

Victim knows not what is there
Something coming with black hair
Over roof tops, through the trees
Coming now in twos and threes

Closer, closer still it comes
Closer to its victim comes

Victim feels it being watched
With the last chime of the clock
Knows its followed, being chased
Knows what it must, now to escape

Closer, closer still it comes
Closer to its victim comes

Cannot hide, escape, or run
Being chased by not just one
Run! The mouse into a hole
Walk. The cat back to it's bowl

Had you going there for a minute, didn't I?
