This is what everybody goes though at least once.
Dilemma

I never put my feelings first, when there is a race.
I always make sure mine come in second place.
When it comes to feelings, I never compete.
Yours are first, even if I feel incomplete.
My feelings do not matter,
When it could be yours that shatter.
It helps me out, when I see,
How happy I can make you be.

Why do something, if I'm not going to give it my all?
Why do something, if in the end, "I surrender" is what I call?

What happens though, if I have to choose?
Do I put myself first, or do I give in and lose?
I want you to be, who you want to be.
So your feelings first, and the out come I will see.
All that I want, is to see,
You as happy as you can be.
I guess it's true, what I heard in the past,
I guess it's true that nice guys finish last.
