How so small a thing causes so much...
The Droplets

A world of calm
A silence shattered
A mere disturbance
The song of silence, broken.

From the tip
It falls
Unwavering, tight
It drops.

And thus, silence is broken
The serenity fades
The hymns of quiet cease
Peace vanishes.

A disturbance
Pitting a world
Into gradual chaos
Hush, yet none hush.

The world of calm
Never to be the same.

Will the reverberating end?
When will silence return?
