a poem about daily events of life
One Disception

Deep sorrows carry me,
from drowning sea to see,
what others try to find,
on the streets of sex and crime.
I would not spend a single dime,
on the trash they call sublime.

So many betrayals and defeats,
one can only stand a few.
Some people could not go the mile,
if they saw what I knew.

Streets filled with teenage girls,
Trying to rock some old mans world.
For a meal and a new dress,
so on sunday she can look her best.

And sit next to rich girlfriends,
who do not have a care,
and would not even dare
to live like this one does.

Well she is not there,
on the street
because she likes it,
but hey,
she has got to eat
and her baby needs milk
before he crys a fit!

So now you know,
the other side.
The one the world
trys to hide.
While they hold on
to worthless pride,
Our teenage girls
are dying inside!

But thats just another story,
in a sad world of rich glory,
over the almighty dollar bill.

Everyone gets their thrill
then we all go home,
and take a blue pill,
and go to sleep,
like everything will keep,
until tomorrow!
