I wrote this in 2003, when my friend passed away. She was a great friend.
She breathed the air,
No one knew,
Who would've thought,
She'd be gone
So Soon.

I've known her,
Just five years,
Why now must,
The lord take,
Her from us?
So Soon.

A gentle voice she had,
For singing in the chorus,
My friend, my buddy taken: So Soon.

With one gone,
How may we go on,
With out her near?
So Soon.

Without her here,
How can the,
Once bright chorus,
Go on singing?
So Soon.
