A demonic spirit visits a girl in cemetry.
On a cold winter's day,
The ground buried in snow,
A child snuck from her house,
Wanting no one to know.

She crept down the staircase,
And out the front door,
She hid behind the hedge,
And kept low down to the floor.

To the cemetry quick!
Before she is seen,
Her dark eyes gazing,
Her face serene.

To her mother's grave,
Marked by a cross,
The cold dark stone,
Covered with moss.

She knelt there,
In the overgrown grass,
All by herself,
No one to pass.

Then from deep in the ground,
Something strange did occur,
A low rumble sounded,
And the girl was disturbed.

Then from the soil something grew,
A demonic type thing,
And from its foul mouth,
It began to sing.

'Come child come child,
Come to my lair,
For your ghostly mother,
She does wait there.'

Then it extended a hand,
A skeletal hand,
And pulled the girl,
Through soil and sand.

That girl she disappeared,
And with that,
I say to all,
Curiosity killed the cat.
