This is a poem about an old man and his young grandson who had something in common...
When I was groping my mind about what to scribble,
my eyes fell on a pair of hands clasped together;
One was worn out and wrinkled;
Fresh as a newly blossomed flower was the other;
The old one belonged to an old man,
To his young grandson belonged the other;
On seeing them walking together,
my eyes penetrated deeper and found out some things,
      common to the old and new;
They both needed to be taken care of  by someone;
Sickness and stuborness were close friends of them,
and most important of all both awaited to explore a new world.
A world filled with hurdles, trials and temptations for the new,
and a world filled with joy , peace , and love for the old,
will the old, make that eternal world ?
will the new ,bear all the pressures of his world?
these thoughts criss crossed my mind,
as I saw the old and new fade away from my sight ,
along with the beautiful sun's light.
