A poem written for my wife during a time of separation.
                Loving You

Flowering love blooms soft and sweet
    With satin petals opening new
And fragrant joy that flows so deep
    Bestirs my heart to loving you.

Tender leaf of quieting peace
    And soothing wet of cooling dew
With warming fire of love's increase
    Burns hot my heart in loving you.

Naked beauty of romance gives
    Promise long of fealty true.
In passion's need my heart still lives
    Lofty soaring and loving you.
