First impressions aren't always the last:)
He looked at her,
She looked at him,
And in that look,
They saw everything.

He saw her large nose, and her big white teeth,
She saw his tiny eyes and his big, big feet.
He saw her plump figure, and her not so lovely hair,
She saw his dirty nails, and his complexion, not so fair.
He saw her lack of make-up, and her clothing like balloons,
She saw his love of chap sticks, and his worn out shoes.

He looked even closer and saw mirth in her eyes
She looked closer still and saw a wise mind in teenage guise.
He saw the naivety that dwelt within her, so close yet so far,
She saw the goodness within him, shinning bright like a star.
He saw strength in her small frame, not easy to perceive,
She saw shrewdness in his eye, not so easy to deceive.

He smiled at her,
And she smiled back at him,
And in that smile,
They knew they had found everything.
