This is a sad story about love going away.
Goodbye at Twilight
    By: HKirtz
The night calm
The sea mellow
And she arrived
A sad occasion
Hair reflecting moonlight
Eyes mixed sparks with tears
She leaned in
A kiss of emerald
On my cheek
Oh no
Not enough
Never enough
A real kiss
A whisper goodbye
A tear falls
On rosy cheeks
Hopelessness ensues
Her back turns
She starts walking
A look back
A promise spoken
We’ll meet again
A scrape of sparks
HOPE
In this
Twilight Goodbye
