                   ...Desire
                             ...Burning

How to express the flame that is real?
A consumption in my pulse that I feel.
I close my eyes and imagine such bliss,
The emotional swirl I feel from your kiss.

Carry me on this wave of desire.
I surrender myself to burn in this fire
To burn until the flame is done,
To feel the swell when two hearts become one,

Until the flame is reduced to embers of red.
The emotion is calm in my heart and my head.

And peace washes over my soul.
