Cry for life for living
One day while traveling upon a silent moor
I found a vibrant grave filled with moss, plants and lore.
The tomb dweller lay lost in a gentle slumber
His skin was still young, untouched by time or hunger.

One day this man traveled leaving this world behind
He had had a perfect death removed from mankind
This perfect death is when we leave with no regret
When freed from this ugly world and all those we have met

One day I'll travel on leaving all this behind
To reside myself in a grave a few feet wide
What harm if only a skeleton of me remain
If only a silent vestige upholds my name?

One day I’ll go but I cannot forget this moor
Though the wind is raw and the light is far from pure
I would find it bitter, a sincere waste of breath
If one day I will be no more but a perfect death
