A poetic expression of my feelings one night.
Voices of animosity stir,
Oppressive words uttered.

Stars pierce the night sky,
As do the tongues of the tyrants.

Cleansing is the fiery bath,
Watch water transfigure into blood.

I flee to the sanctuary of a companion, my dearest love,
But as the clock strikes, I must leave.

The veins are so welcoming, I hear their call.
I turn to beauty.
