Dark poetry from a painful time !
Drowning in pools of pain

Overwhelmed by confusion

Pulled under again and again

Reality has become my delusion

Writhing in agony going insane

Loneliness my constant companion in the night

Days filled with dread

My existence is simply not right

Maybe I would be better off dead

At least then it would be bliss

Instead of miserable like this

I could finally have peace

I could close my eyes with ease

Knowing the calmness is mine to keep
