a gothic poem about euthanasia
The old man craved freedom,
begged
in the end, I had to give it to him
as he asked,
I promised I would never be weak again.

I would never allow another to live in pain,
but we experience pain,
so I had to end it all.

The next one, who needed me
old lady, cancer
in pain,
morphine kept her painless,
no way to live
so I ended it
she needed me.

The young boy, his parents dead
with a lung infection,
not bad, but,
he cried,
never,
he did not want to return to the
orphanage,
get better
so I set him free too.

I rescued many from their fate,
but not enough,
I will be ending it for me
and others
as many as I can, Goodbye
