Ever grow tired of others not seeing things the way you do?
Listen, kid.

Hollow heart kid
You belong to
Yourself,
Not the crowds

I applaud you
You have found
Your place
Among the clouds

He, she, or they
Cannot tell you
Anything
Not a word

It is because
You already know
“Life
Is absurd”

But frustration lies
In the eyes
Of a saint
And even the pensive
Too

Why?
Because others
Rarely see
The ways
Of the few

Lonely do
The eagles soar
Great heights, yes
But alone,
Still true

Let this be
A reminder
A bolster
An injection
That makes you
Filled

Stand tall
For the sake
Of a smile
Rejection
Instilled

Because you have seen
The other side
The bright light
So be proud

In front of you
Is dirt
Behind your feet
Is road
