into the darkness in my mind....
Come and walk with me.

Journey through the darkness of my mind.

Melancholy thoughts,
Crash like waves,
And begin to drown.

Despair,
A black veil,
Slips around you like a shroud.

Doubts,
Grow like vines,
Become strangling restraints.

Shadows,
Creep,
Hunters in the night.

Rage,
Thick blood,
Seeps and suffocates.

Loneliness,
Echoes,
In the primordial darkness.

Fear,
Freezes,
Eyes wide, pupils’ dilated.

Hatred,
Contaminates,
A miasma in your mind.

Dark desires,
Seduce,
A dangerous lover.

Can you face the darkness?
