My 1st attempt at rhyming
She is the one I protect.
She is the one I adore.
Bring any harm to her and
Through your chest a hole I will bore.
I am the one who is not seen.
I am the one who has not spoken.
I am the one who comes,
Every time she is broken.
She is the one so fragile.
She is the one so dear.
She is the one that cries,
Yet, sheds not a single tear.
I am the one who is silent.
Silent for all these years.
For now my time has come,
So listen well my dear.
I speak now of the Angel.
The angel full of love and light.
I know not how well you know,
To make a thousand years right.
Her wings have now been broken.
We can no longer regain flight.
The light she held with in her heart,
No longer brightens the night.
I am the one who makes them cower.
I am the one who feeds their fear.
I am the one who hushes the demons,
Every time that they grow near.
The Angel hides in a dark, dank cell.
She is the one who pays the price,
For the time that I fell.
The Angel is the one who loves.
She loves without boundaries,
With broken wings and flames so low.
This is the only thing that I know.
She is the one I protect.
She is the one I adore.
Bring any harm to her,
And through your soul
A hole I will bore.
