Davis, Ok 1975

"Ok, explain to me again why we're buying this decrepit old house" Charlene said

"Because; think about Charlie wouldn't this place be perfect for a nightclub and we could finally get away from your domineering aunt" Ben argued

Charlene simply shrugged her shoulders, she knew he was right they both hated living with her aunt but until now they was nothing they could do about their circumstances. However as she stood staring at the house she became aware that that there was something about the house that she just didn't like, there was something about the atmosephere since they had arrived that made her skin literally crawl. She had a bad feeling that if they bought this house there lives would never be the same; but Ben had a silver tongue and he talk her doing just about anything, which usually got them into more trouble than they could handle.

"Well since we're here we might as well check it out" she finally conceded

"Yes," he said gleefully kissing her on the cheek

They wrapped their arms around eachother and slowly walked up the front walk, toward the house.

"Would at that Charlie, imagine finding a house with two front door enter and exit." he said envisioning what his nightclub would look from the outside.

The door on the right was blue- green and the left was red, the green door opened emitting total darkness.

"Yes, can I help you?" A stark bland voice said from inside

"Oh sweet Jesus" Charlene said in a frightened voice putting her hand over chest to increased heartbeat.

"I am terribly sorry if frightened you ma-am." the young man said coming into the sunlight

"You must be the realtor" Ben said extending his hand

"The realtor, Yes" the young man said dazedly

Ben and Charlene looked at eachother unsure if they wanted to be alone with a person who, appeared to tweeked out on drugs after there was no telling what they were capable of doing.

"Would like to come in and look around?" the realtor asked blandly

"Um sure," Ben said scratching his head

"Excuse me sir, what do these strange carving mean around the door?" Charlene wondered

"I don't know, but they surround both doors" the realtor said shrugging his shoulders offhandedly

"Hm, how odd" Charlene remarked

"Please follow me" the realtor said lifelessly

He walked over to the bookshelf, pulled back a copy of Dante's inferno and the book shelf slid back like double doors.

"This was Bar room" the realtor said dully

The room was huge with a small built in bar in the far left corner, a silver disco ball hung slightly askew from the ceiling.

"You know I thought the bar would be bigger considering the size of the room" Ben remarked

"We could always extend it a little' she said

"True, I have a feeling this is going to be a real fixer upper" Ben said

"How many people are going to be moving in with you" the realtor queried

"Just us two and my sister April" Ben said offhandedly

Neither Ben nor Charlene noticed the blood stains on the walls, as they left the bar room.

"Upstairs are there are atleast seven rooms and four and half bath rooms" the realtor stated

"How old is this house?" Charlene queried

"The house was built in the early 1800's" the realtor said dully

"Who was the original owner?" Ben asked curiously

"Nobody quite sure, some say it was witch who grew up in the deep in the woods, and some murdering madman who who went crazy from being haunted by the killed, and my favorite one is that it was built by lover's that are to be temperarily reunited in death, but the only stipulation is that they have to relive their over and over again"

"Oh God that is so sad" Charlene remarked with a downtrodden face

"That's just crazy" Ben snorted
