My 9th grade critical analysis of our beloved country
As I fite da battle of pen and paper

I savor the thouts that are tapered

flirtin' with danger but ever safer

like a baby's laughter

calm as a late nite but as peaceful as ever after

piercin' the silence of the streets' golden rapture

I've captured

the look

the one when u gaze upon a crush

I hear the stars and the skies above

I hear dogs silencin' their pups

as i cum bak 4m Dreams "R" Us

I awake 2 da cruel sarcasm of a robbing n progress

nevertheless holdin' bak my intelligence I wonder how much did he get?

it's like that a preist dies or a car is jacked

dats da norm since planes got jacked

and buildings crashed

and presidents makin' jokes about world crisises and cash

I'm like damn look @ dat

I wonder is Saddam sane

is Bush content with unwelcome fame

will this nation ever be the same or true 2 it's name

United

cus the only united i c is the kind wen u combine paranoia and greed

so many screamin' 4 justice

dats just it it's just us gettin' just ice and cold shoulders

it's just not rite how da system is a lie

hypothetical but hypocritical @ da same time

it's a fine line between dis and dat

dis bein where we're goin'

dat bein' backtrak 2 a more peaceful time

Y it gotta take a rap song 2 open sum of ur eyes 2 wat most of us hav nown 4 a long time

so many political rinses

sometimes i think so hard my contact lenses crak 2 resemble benz symbols

dat i can't afford neway so i'll try 2 get a job and holla @ u on a lata date
