Poem about a lone tree on a hill.
It stands alone atop the far hill
Silhouetted against the setting sun
Its the last of its kind atop the hill
Lasting longer than all its kin
It casts its shadow for the animals in the paddock
but it is only one were there used to be many
It stands atop the hill, alone of its kind
The last survivor of a dying breed.
