poem of motherhood
My daughter, The one I have taken for granted until now.
The only one I thought would always be here.
My child, the one I could lose ,
The one I would give my life for.
With children of her own,
She faces her immortality.
And I cry for her before I know the outcome.
Thinking of all the what if"s.
I can not go on without her, I will not.
My child with her own children, facing her furture ,
and thinking of who will love her children as much as she.
I her mother knowing it is me.
