The Irony of becoming an adult...
Mirrors are reflecting, what goes on inside my head.
My hands are aching. From pounding them against my head.

Tears flow on pillows.
Moonlight is my only friend.
Hours drag on forever.
Never a chance to clear my head.

Isn’t life like a broken hourglass,
Blowing sand on the open sea.
The scraps from the lion's share,
Is all that's ever thrown to me.

I look inside for the answers.
Somewhere its there.

What’s left for me?
Why’s it you not me,
who gets to choose how its going to be?
What’s left for me.

Why’s it you not me,
who gets to choose how it's gonna be?

who gets to choose how it's gonna be?
who gets to choose how it's gonna be?

I know what's right for me.
I know what's right for me.
I know what's right for me.
